No need to use a subject line, or any text in the message, yahoo will get all the information it needs from your email return address. You’ll be sent a confirmation message, that you need to reply to, then your email address will be added to the list. To use the list, simply address your email to the address given you following your confirmation.

If your browser doesn't automatically open your default email client, start your email program and open a new message, enter the email address exactly as it appears above, no spaces in any of that.
